An Installation of Xanda McCagg's Paintings at The Pierre Hotel

On view through the Spring of 2023 in the Two E Lounge, Open 3pm –10pm daily

Located: 2 E 61st St, NYC, NY

Curated by Cade Tompkins, Providence, RI @cadetompkinsprojects

If you are in the area, I hope you will stop in to LOOK! The Pierre is a spectacular iconic building, and the setting of the Two E Lounge creates an amazing forum for dialogue between the paintings. It has a chapel-like quality when there are not many people there or a dynamic art experience with social interaction and music at other times!

The paintings are all for sale. For inquiries, contact Cade Tompkins, Cade Tompkins Projects: (401) 751-4888

Lyman Allyn Art Museum Near :: New, presents Xanda McCagg's recent work

February 13th – May 16th, 2021

Using the language of line, color, and mark-making, McCagg’s work comments on the dichotomies that define and shape our lives. Observing the world around her by exploring the cause and effect of shifting relationships as they occur in nature and in humanity, McCagg creates compositions that speak to memory, metaphor, and perception.
