C.A.M.A.C

Last fall I spent a  month in Marnay-Sur-Seine France about an hour SE of Paris at a remote residency called C.A.M.A.C. It was great to have such time with no distractions from work. The solitude was a powerful inspiration and such a contrast to my  usual Chelsea NYC studio life. I painted every day and well in to the nights. Lots of new work on canvas and paper.

Then traveled Paris, London, and through Italy before arriving in Rome for the month of December as a visiting artist at the American Academy.
